While attending university during the evenings, Chris worked in real estate, development and construction in Buffalo, New York where he found his passion for the industry. He quickly became recognized for his ability to manage a wide array of projects including construction of custom homes and renovations of multi-family and commercial buildings. From the very beginning, Chris brought each project in on time and on budget earning him his esteemed reputation.
In 1990, Chris moved to Sarasota, Florida, where he obtained his contractor’s license and founded a home building and remodeling company while managing a 64-unit condominium complex.
In 1999, Chris and his business partner formed TC Group, LLC a real estate brokerage, contracting and development firm focusing on medical, office and retail assets as well as select residential properties.
Under Chris’ leadership and vision, TC Group continues to evolve as a premier boutique real estate development company specializing in select commercial and luxury residential properties.
